Return Policy

At WADFLEX, we’re committed to making your shopping experience smooth — including returns. To start a return, please use our online returns portal. Only items registered through this portal will be accepted.


Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition — unused, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or marks.

Original tags and protective packaging must be intact.

Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery, along with proof of purchase.

Items on sale or marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photo or video evidence.

Items purchased with a discount code may only be returned for store credit or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, and accessories are non-returnable.


Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus a $10 fee for the prepaid return label (fee waived for exchanges or store credit).

As an independent brand, refunds are processed manually. Please allow up to 14 business days after your return arrives at our warehouse.

Orders paid with installment services (e.g., Afterpay) remain subject to their original agreement.


Exchanges

We offer both standard and instant exchanges.

Instant exchanges require pre-authorization on your credit card.

Exchanged items can only be returned once and are only eligible for store credit.


Canadian Orders

Prepaid return labels are available for Canadian customers.

If not available, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Canadian returns are eligible for refund or store credit, depending on the reason and item.


Defective Items & Order Issues

Any defect or issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Please contact our team with clear photo or video proof so we can resolve the issue quickly.


How to Return

  1. Go to our [Returns Portal] and follow the steps.

  2. Print your return label (if applicable) and pack your item securely.

  3. Include the return form and drop your package with the designated carrier.

  4. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed within 7–10 business days.
